BCG Pension Risk Consultants I BCG Penbridge (“BCG”) respects your privacy and knows that you care about how any personal information that you may provide to us is used or shared. This statement describes our privacy policy, and together with our Terms of Use, explains how we make use of your personal information. By using our web site, you are accepting the practices as set forth in this policy and the Terms of Use.

Please note that this Privacy Policy is subject to change by BCG from time to time without prior notice. Therefore, you should review the terms of this policy periodically to make sure that you are aware of BCG’s current practices with respect to its collection and use of your personal information.

1. Personal Information.

You have complete control over your personal information. In general, you can visit our web site without providing us with any personal information. However, there are instances where we must have personal information about you in order for us to grant you access to our protected and secured sites. This information may include registration data (your name, address, email address, phone number, title, etc.), information request data and response data ("User Information"). When you receive your confirmation email or when you receive any email from the list server, you will be given instructions on how to remove yourself from the list.

2. Use of User Information.

We intend to use such information for purposes of supporting your relationship (and that of your firm, where relevant) with BCG by designing web site content that is suitable to your needs and alerting you to new product and service offerings as they become available. This User Information may be retained by BCG to verify compliance with the agreement between BCG and you, to keep track of the domains from which people visit us, to create a user profile to better serve you and where relevant, your firm, or to simply contact you either electronically or otherwise. If you decide that we should not use your personal User Information to contact you, please let us know and we will not use that information for such purpose.

3. Disclosure of User Information.

BCG does not sell, trade or transfer User Information to third parties. However, we may share User Information with our affiliates for marketing, advertising or product/service offering purposes. For example, we provide User Information to our service providers for direct emailing of our newsletters, online surveys or notifications on information, products, services, or promotional offers (“BCG Offerings”). The identity of plan sponsors will not be provided to other users of the PRT database. Plan sponsors are encouraged to contact PRT database participating providers when they are interested and ready to do so; but no providers or advisors will be able to contact plan sponsors directly. For advisors, however, BCG lists the name of each firm that registers to use the database and shares this information with providers and plan sponsors. We also disclose User Information if: we have your consent; we need to share it in order to provide you with the products and/or services you request; to comply with any legal obligation or applicable laws or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use. You may separately agree to provide your personal information to third parties that provide content for BCG Offerings, in order to access and/or use their products and/or services. If you agree to provide such information to these third parties, then your personal information will be subject to their privacy policies.

4. Accuracy and Security.

The accuracy and security of the User Information is important to BCG. Currently, you may review and request updates to your User Information retained by BCG. If you request that we correct your User Information, we will attempt to do so in a timely manner. BCG is concerned with the security of your User Information and is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access or use. To that end, we put in place security measures, including computer safeguards and secured files, that are designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. We also continue to implement procedures to maintain accurate, complete and current User Information. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. To the extent within our control, we will do our best to protect your personal data. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
